Summer on a plate…

 

farmer’s market tomatoes put to their best use. We’ve had this salad twice this week; once as an appetizer before dinner and once as a side dish with dinner. Sliced tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, salt/pepper and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar 🙂
